1. The "Novelty" Clause

TileTerra is a virtual social experiment and game. YOU ARE NOT BUYING REAL REAL ESTATE. Purchase of a "Tile" grants you a non-exclusive license to display a message on our digital map interface. This has zero intrinsic value and does not convey ownership of physical land.

2. No Refunds

Due to the immediate digital nature of the grid allocation, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a tile is colored.

3. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to redact (hide) any message that contains hate speech, doxxing, or illegal content without refund. Your tile will remain "owned" by you, but the message will be wiped.
